Authentication of Patients

Registration with one’s real name is required to protect your data and privacy, and identity verification is mandated to every patient in HA Go. During account activation, your identity document will be verified to ensure the HA Go records accessed are belonged to you. Click here for details of HA Go account registration and activation.

You will not be able to use those features which require access to your personal information (e.g. appointment information, drug records and rehabilitation videos) without an activated account. However, you can still access general information about HA on HA Go.
