BookCOVID
Overview
The HA has enhanced General Out-patient Clinic (GOPC) service to further support persons infected with COVID-19.
“BookCOVID” mobile application function in “HA Go” is specifically for persons infected with COVID-19, especially high risk patients to book and manage their appointments at HA’s GOPCs.
For the convenience of patients, “BookCOVID” operates 24 hours a day, where quota status is updated continuously and displayed on the booking interface. Patients may download “HA Go” to make appointment through “Book COVID”.
Besides, members of the public may also use the "Book for others" option in "BookCOVID" to help make appointments for other infected persons in need.
